Bayer Hits Courtroom Winning Streak as It Battles Remaining Roundup Lawsuits

The Wall Street Journal referred to a Covington-led St. Louis jury trial that ruled in Bayer’s favor in an article about Bayer's winning streak as it battles the remaining cases targeting its Roundup weedkiller, after several juries held it responsible for causing cancer. This victory delivered the company its fifth consecutive trial victory as it seeks to resolve tens of thousands of unsettled lawsuits.
