The Wall Street Journal highlights Covington’s client alert, CFIUS and Foreign Direct Investment Under President Donald Trump, in an article regarding efforts by lawmakers to strengthen the government’s scrutiny of Chinese investment in the U.S. According to the CFIUS Practice Group alert, there is "a greater chance now than at any time in the last decade of potential legislation to amend CFIUS" under President Trump.
