This landscape is undergoing significant change, as there have been several recent federal- and state-level policy changes and proposals that affect pricing and reimbursement of drugs in the U.S., including recently effective drug pricing reform provisions under the Inflation Reduction Act that have significantly altered the drug pricing regime under certain federal programs.
