From April 2-4, 2025, distinguished practitioners from government, industry, private law practice, and academia will gather at the Westin Annapolis Hotel in Annapolis, MD for the ABA Section of Public Contract Law’s flagship event, the 2025 Federal Procurement Institute. Nooree Lee, a Partner in Covington's Government Contracts Group, will serve as the Conference Director. Stephanie Barna, Of Counsel in the firm’s Public Policy Group, will moderate the panel "Procurement Policy Priorities under the Trump 2.0 Administration," while Mike Wagner, Partner in the firm's Government Contracts Group, will speak on the "Lessons Learned from CHIPS, IRA, and IIJA for Government Supported Construction and Infrastructure Projects" panel on the morning of the third day.
