Yaoqian Zhang

Yaoqian Zhang focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions, in addition to providing comprehensive general corporate counsel. She represents companies across a broad range of industries ranging from start-ups to well established companies, as well as venture capital and private equity funds.

Yaoqian's legal experience includes serving as in-house counsel at a Nasdaq listed company before joining Covington. Her extensive and multifaceted experience endows her with an in-depth comprehension of the client’s perspective, and enables her to deftly maneuver through and expertly resolve intricate and multifarious legal challenges with precision and acumen.
