Ashley Winkler

Working with emerging and leading companies on intellectual property and appellate issues, Ashley Winkler handles all steps of patent litigation cases from inception through trial and on appeal.

With experience in a variety of technologies, Ashley relies on her chemistry background and specializes in pharmaceutical and life science matters. Ashley also maintains an active pro bono practice.

Ashley served as a law clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Sharon Prost of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit prior to joining the firm. Before law school, Ashley was awarded a Fulbright grant and worked in Santander, Spain.
