Andrew Di Wang

Andrew Wang is an international associate in the firm’s Beijing office, focusing on intellectual property litigation, including Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), and intellectual property litigation in U.S. federal district courts. He is experienced in managing and implementing large-scale, complex discovery and developing defense and arguments for clients in cases involving cross-border elements. He regularly assists Chinese companies in efficiently implementing and overseeing U.S. discovery procedures, effectively handling depositions, managing litigation risks, and helping build defenses and arguments for the successful resolution of cases. In addition, Andrew has experience in coordinating intellectual property litigation in China for international companies, managing parallel Chinese litigations and issues in U.S. litigation proceedings, and commercial disputes.
