Shannon Tucker’s litigation practice focuses on high-stakes complex civil litigation, with particular emphases on product liability matters, commercial disputes, and insurance coverage cases. Ms. Tucker has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and appeal. Her experience includes multidistrict litigation and trial and appellate litigation in state and federal cases throughout the country.
