- Acted for the Al Mana group of companies in an applicable law and jurisdiction dispute involving underlying COVID-19 losses: Al Mana Lifestyle Trading LLC & Ors v United Fidelity Insurance Company PSC & Ors [2022] EWHC 2049 (Comm); [2023] EWCA Civ.61.
- Acted for Intervener policyholders in the FCA Business Interruption Insurance Test Case proceedings arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic: The Financial Conduct Authority v Arch Insurance (UK) Limited and others [2020] EWHC 2448 (Comm).
- Advised Real Estate sector, Employment sector and Healthcare sector policyholders on cover for COVID-19 business interruption claims.
- Acting for a global pharmaceutical company on coverage issues relating to alleged defective products.
- Involved in the ongoing Post Office Horizon IT public inquiry, acting on behalf of Paula Vennells, former CEO of the Post Office.
