He has also been involved in the creation and continued representation of both offshore and domestic group captive insurance companies for corporations that were unable to obtain satisfactory insurance from conventional insurers.
Mr. Skinner has helped policyholders obtain more than $4 billion in coverage for all manner of losses, including asbestos, breast implants, business interruption, drugs, employment discrimination, environmental, ERISA, manufactured products, medical devices, property damage, and shareholder class action and derivative suits.
