Kimberly Stietz helps solve clients toughest global challenges by providing strategic advice and counseling at the intersection of law and policy. Her practice is concentrated on complex public policy challenges with a particular focus on business and human rights and civil rights. Kimberly has developed an expertise on import restrictions levied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection related to forced labor and routinely advises clients on existing and anticipated Withold Release Orders. She also actively monitors human rights legislation on Capitol Hill and assists companies in supply chain mapping to identify risks and associated due diligence measures. In addition, Kimberly has expertise in advising companies on racial equity initiatives and conducting civil rights assessments.
