Monty Roberson

Monty Roberson advises clients on a broad range of national security issues, including reviews conducted by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). He advises clients on potential national security risks posed by foreign investment, and he assists clients seeking national security approval before CFIUS. Monty also advises clients on topics including the determination and mitigation of foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI).

Before joining Covington, Monty served for 11 years as an intelligence analyst for the United States Department of Defense.
