Megan Rodgers is a senior associate with experience in litigation, privacy, and cybersecurity. As a member of multiple trial teams, she has experience preparing expert and fact witnesses for deposition and trial, taking and defending depositions, and developing case strategy. In addition to her trial work, Ms. Rodgers has briefed and argued appeals, and has represented clients before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, Third Circuit, and Sixth Circuit.
Ms. Rodgers also advises clients on privacy and cybersecurity issues. She drafts privacy and advertising policies, advises clients in the technology and consumer products industries about advertising and privacy practices, including native advertising, endorsements and testimonials, biometric identifiers, ad blocking technologies, and cross-device tracking. She also counsels companies in responding to data and cybersecurity incidents.
