Jane Pinho is a senior associate in the European corporate practice group.

Ms. Pinho advises emerging and established companies and not-for profit organisations on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, post-merger integration, licensing arrangements, business-to-business and business-to-consumer commercial contracts and general corporate governance issues across a number of industries.  She draws on this broad experience in implementing practical, yet innovative, solutions for her clients.

  • Advising an international online retailer on an on-going basis on its acquisition of rights to digital film and TV content for its online video platforms.
  • Advising AstraZeneca on its acquisition of the rights to Almirall’s respiratory franchise for an initial consideration of $875 million on completion, and up to $1.22 billion in development, launch, and sales-related milestones.
  • Assisting Microsoft Corporation with planning and documenting the transition services required from Nokia Corporation following its acquisition of Nokia’s devices and services business.
  • Advising Merck & Co., Inc. on the global post-merger integration of Schering-Plough Corporation.
