    Bill O’Neil is a litigator whose practice focuses on high stakes commercial and class action litigation. Bill has experience in all stages of the litigation process, including the development of case strategy, drafting and responding to pleadings, preparing dispositive motions, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing for trial. He represents corporations and individuals across a wide variety of industries, including financial services, defense contracting, biopharmaceutical, and media and entertainment. In each case, he works to understand the details of his clients’ businesses in order to advance their commercial objectives and secure favorable outcomes on their behalf.

    Bill has been a member of multiple trial teams, including a two-week bench trial in a complex breach of contract action. As a senior member of the teams, he has prepared fact and expert witnesses for trial, prepared opening and closing statements, and prepared bench memoranda and other trial motions.
