Monique O'Donoghue

Monique O’Donoghue advises and represents clients in complex commercial arbitration matters, government enforcement matters, and internal investigations. Ms. O’Donoghue also counsels clients on a range of global compliance issues, including anti-corruption and sanctions matters.
Ms. O’Donoghue has advised and represented international clients in complex commercial disputes in a range of industries, including oil and gas and construction.
Ms. O’Donoghue has conducted internal investigations into allegations of fraud, corruption, and violations of U.S. sanctions in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, and the United States, and has represented companies and individuals in criminal cartel investigations before the U.S. Department of Justice. Complementing her investigations practice, Ms. O’Donoghue also counsels clients regarding compliance issues arising under anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and economic and trade sanctions enforced by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
