Colin C. Milon

Colin Milon is a corporate associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Colin counsels clients on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Covington, Colin served as a prosecutor in the United States Marine Corps. While stationed aboard MCB Quantico, Colin investigated, charged, and tried felony criminal matters for commands from the National Capital Region, Marine Forces Reserve, and Marine Forces Europe/Africa. He sat as first chair on numerous contested trials, guilty pleas, and administrative hearings.

Colin also served as legislative counsel to Congresswoman Madeleine Dean. While on the Hill he managed the Congresswoman’s portfolio as a member of the Judiciary Committee to include issues such as: civil rights, criminal justice reform, gun violence prevention, government oversight, and immigration reform.
