Yanna Lee

Yanna Lee is an associate in the International Trade and White Collar Defense and Investigations practices and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. She regularly advises clients on a wide range of international trade controls matters, including the application of economic sanctions, export controls, and antiboycott laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Treasury.

Yanna has performed trade controls-related due diligence and prepared submissions for regulatory approvals in connection with M&A transactions. She has also helped clients conduct trade controls risk assessments and strengthen their compliance programs. Yanna has also represented clients in civil enforcement cases and internal investigations involving national security and international trade.

Yanna maintains an active pro bono practice with a focus on immigration matters.
