Yan Luo advises clients in a broad array of regulatory matters in connection with international trade, cybersecurity and antitrust/competition laws in the U.S., EU and China.

With previous work experience in Washington, DC and Brussels before relocating to Beijing, Ms. Luo has fostered her government and regulatory skills in all three capitals.   • Represented a U.S. technology company in an investigation initiated by National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) in relation to patent licensing issues.
  • Advised a leading payment card association on market access and license application issues in connection with a World Trade Organization (WTO) decision concerning electronic payment services in China.
  • Advised leading life science companies on Chinese merger control and competition law issues.
