Khala James

Khala James is an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on patent and commercial litigation.

In her patent litigation practice, Khala has represented leading pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation involving a variety of pharmaceutical products.

In her commercial litigation practice, Khala has handled matters involving a wide range of claims, including breach of contract, tortious interference, trade secret misappropriation, as well as various federal and state statutory claims.

Khala maintains an active pro bono practice assisting individuals and non-profit organizations with immigration and constitutional law issues.
