Babak Hakimian is double qualified as a lawyer and a medical doctor, and is an associate in Covington’s London office. He advises a broad range of clients, including start-ups, biotech companies and global pharmaceutical companies to develop and commercialize their intellectual property assets. Babak specializes in their strategic licensing, collaboration, and partnering transactions, and other intellectual property and commercial matters throughout the entire product lifecycle.
