    Jorge A. Garcia is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Investigations Practice Group and a member of the firm’s international disputes team, based in the New York office. He regularly advises clients in resolving cross-border disputes, including through international commercial arbitration proceedings administered by the ICC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL. Jorge's U.S. litigation practice focuses on commercial litigation and litigation concerning arbitration, including applications for discovery under 28 U.S.C. § 1782. He is fluent in Spanish and regularly handles disputes arising out of, or related to, Latin America.

    In addition to his litigation and arbitration experience, Jorge has also advised companies in internal and governmental investigations before U.S. authorities, including Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) investigations.
