Garrett E. Cunningham

Garrett Cunningham represents clients facing civil and criminal scrutiny from government agencies, as well as companies involved in civil litigation. As a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations and Antitrust/Competition Practice Groups, he brings experience in navigating investigations and litigation. His prior experiences include serving as a law clerk for the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
