Clayton L. Bailey

Clayton Bailey is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Clayton works on high-stakes litigation and investigations spanning various industries.

Clayton has represented a major pharmaceutical distributor in multiple state and federal courts and across every stage of litigation, culminating in a lengthy federal bench trial and a state-court jury trial.

Clayton has also represented a number of entities facing investigation by Congress and the Department of Justice.

Clayton maintains an active pro bono practice. Following the 2020 Presidential Election, he participated in successful litigation to defend voting rights in Pennsylvania. Clayton also focuses on indigent criminal defense, and co-led a seven-day murder trial.

Previously, Clayton served as a volunteer vetting attorney for the Biden-Harris Presidential Transition.
