    Ashley Bass, co-chair of Covington’s Antitrust Litigation Practice Group, has an established practice representing clients in substantial private antitrust litigations ranging from competitor disputes to large MDL consolidated class actions. She provides creative solutions and practical defense strategies. Ashley has advised clients on antitrust investigations by numerous governmental agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and the European Commission, and has seamlessly handled related follow-on litigation. She also regularly provides antitrust counseling advice to clients, in particular in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
