Lauren Anderson

Lauren Anderson is a corporate special counsel based in Covington’s London office. Lauren advises both private and public companies on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions and governance but primarily focuses on cross-border corporate restructuring projects, including internal tax-driven re-organisations, balance sheet and loan restructuring, pre-merger separation and post-merger integration.
