    • Represented a Canadian auto parts manufacturer in the acquisition of a Mexican structural components business for the automotive industry.
    • Represented a North American formulator and manufacturer, in the Mexican aspects of its acquisition of a global supplier of air fresheners, insecticide devices and household and personal care products.
