Covington Advises Adiuva Capital on Sale of the NTA Group to Deutsche Private Equity

FRANKFURT– Covington & Burling LLP advises Adiuva Capital on the sale of NTA Group, a provider of security, communications, and IT infrastructure solutions, to private equity funds advised by DPE Investment Gesellschaft mbH.

The deal is subject to merger control clearance in Germany.

The Covington team was led by Dr. Henning Bloss (M&A) and comprised Dr. Björn Schneider, Dr. Jörn Hirschmann, and Fiona Cierniak (M&A), Dr. Moritz Hüsch and Paul Wolpert (IT), and Nadine Kramer and Dominik Süss (employment).
