BOSTON—Amanda Austin has joined Covington in its Boston office as a partner in its Life Sciences Transactions Practice Group.
Amanda represents a broad range of life sciences clients, including multinational pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies, nonprofit organizations, and academic institutions in their strategic collaboration and licensing transactions as well as other complex research, development and commercial transactions.

Amanda received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2005 and her AB from Harvard College in 2002.
