Allison regularly supports both public and private strategic and private equity clients in both U.S. and cross-border acquisitions, sales, divestitures, carve-out transactions, minority investments, joint ventures, and public company acquisitions across many industries. She serves as the Managing Partner of the firm’s New York office.
