FRANKFURT—Covington advised PFISTERER Holding SE, a family-owned global technology company, on its IPO on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The transaction represents the first IPO in Germany this year.
PFISTERER is headquartered in Winterbach near Stuttgart. The company develops, produces and sells solutions for insulating and connecting electrical conductors for the interfaces in power grids - from the generation and transmission to the distribution of electrical energy - on land, at sea and in the air.
Since its foundation in 1921, PFISTERER has established itself internationally as a pioneer in modern energy infrastructure; the company employs more than 1,200 people based in 15 countries.
The Covington team was led by Dr. Henning Bloss and included Dr. Jörn Hirschmann, Matt Gehl, Dr. Björn Schneider, Dr. Jan Friedeborn, and Max Saurer.
