Colin Watson Receives Business Insurance Break Out Award

WASHINGTON— Business Insurance honored Colin Watson with its 2025 Break Out Award. The awards program recognizes 40 individuals who represent the next generation of insurance industry leaders from all areas of the commercial insurance sector.

Colin Watson is a partner in Covington’s Washington office focused on litigating insurance coverage disputes for policyholders and counseling clients on insurance-related issues. He has acted in state and federal courts around the country, and has pursued coverage for a range of underlying liabilities, including mass tort, pollution, product defect, consumer privacy, antitrust, and shareholder claims. He also has significant experience with first-party property and business interruption losses.
