Ralph Voltmer Named to International A List 2025 by the India Business Law Journal

WASHINGTON– India Business Law Journal has named Ralph Voltmer to its International A list 2025. Based on the collective views of private practice lawyers in India and in-house counsel around the world, the list aims to highlight the most recommended India-focused lawyers at international law firms.

Chair of Covington’s India Practice, Ralph advises both U.S. and foreign clients in cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and debt and equity financings.

In addition, an agreement between Reliance Industries, Viacom18 Media and Walt Disney for an $8.5 billion joint venture in India, where Covington advised Walt Disney, has been included in the list of Top Deals of 2024 by the India Business Law Journal.
