The American Lawyer Names Covington California Litigation Department of the Year Finalist

LOS ANGELES/PALO ALTO/SAN FRANCISCO—The American Lawyer has shortlisted Covington as one of five finalists for California Litigation Department of the Year. The American Lawyer previously named Covington a finalist in 2020 and its California Litigation Department of the Year in 2018.

The award recognizes the best litigation department in California—the firm whose California litigators have delivered outstanding service, and wins, for their clients in the year’s most demanding litigation matters.

With more than 130 litigators among its Los Angeles, Palo Alto, and San Francisco offices, Covington has again been recognized for its California litigators who have prevailed for high-profile companies and public institutions over the past two years in a host of tough cases, often litigating in the glare of the public spotlight.
