NEW YORK—Covington advised Selecta Biosciences, Inc., on its $38.7 million follow-on offering of common stock and warrants. Selecta Biosciences is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing its ImmTOR® platform to amplify the efficacy of biologics and mitigate the formation of anti-drug antibodies against biologic drugs.
