NEW YORK—The Hollywood Reporter has named Adrian Perry to its New York Power Lawyers list, a recognition spotlighting New York’s top 20 entertainment lawyers.
Adrian is a partner in Covington’s New York office and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Music Industry practice group. He is helping to shape the future of how content is created, marketed, distributed, monetized, and protected, and is an authority on data collection and licensing, with a focus on the music, sports, TV, and film industries. Over the past year, Adrian has become a sought-after thought leader on NFTs in the entertainment industry. The Hollywood Reporter noted his role in advising “Sony Music and Fox Corp. on their push into NFTs, including the recently launched ’Mask-Verse,’ based on Fox’s The Masked Singer.”
In addition to being recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as a New York Power Lawyer for the second year running, Adrian was recognized in 2020 by Variety in its Dealmakers Impact Report and in 2020 and 2021 by Billboard as a Top Music Lawyer.
