Horst Henschen and Thomas Heymann Named 2021 Germany Lawyers of the Year

FRANKFURT—Horst Henschen and Thomas Heymann have been named among Best Lawyer’s 2021 Germany’s Lawyers of the Year.

Named one of the Antitrust and Competition Law Lawyers of the Year, Horst provides advice in complex M&A and joint venture transactions requiring international antitrust merger control approvals both in Europe, including in Germany, and worldwide. Horst also represents clients with proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission and coordinates immunity/leniency proceedings on a worldwide basis.
