Mr. Lichtenbaum, based in Washington, advises clients on a broad array of international regulatory compliance and trade matters, including export controls, economic sanctions, national security reviews of foreign investments, anti-corruption laws, market access, and international trade disputes. He has specialized experience in the aerospace and defense industries.

Ms. Shin, based in San Francisco, is a first-chair trial lawyer who specializes in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. She co-chairs the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and is frequently called upon by companies in late stages of litigation to take matters to trial or reorient the strategic direction of a case.

Ms. Wilson, based in Washington, is a litigation and investigations partner who chairs the firm’s market-leading Product Safety Practice Group. Her clients include the world’s largest global consumer and commercial products manufacturers across a range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, automotive vehicles and equipment, aviation, electronics, life sciences, and information technology.
