Anita Stork Named to Daily Journal's 2020 Top Antitrust Lawyers

LOS ANGELES—Daily Journal has named Anita Stork to its 2020 Top Antitrust Lawyers, a recognition of the leading California lawyers who specialize in antitrust litigation.

Ms. Stork is a partner in our San Francisco office and the co-chair of the firm's Antitrust Litigation Practice Group. She is an experienced, nationally recognized litigator who has successfully represented clients in an array of high-stakes matters, including antitrust and unfair competition cases. Frequently sought out as a speaker on antitrust and litigation topics, Ms. Stork also has been active in the Antitrust Section of the California State Bar. She served on the Section’s Executive Committee, was Vice-Chair of Programs, and an Executive Committee advisor.

Daily Journal highlighted Ms. Stork’s representation of Philippine Airlines Inc., in a putative class action which was settled on favorable terms for the client; passengers had alleged that the airline conspired to fix prices of air fares on trans-Pacific flights. “It was a good settlement for the client," and one that proved especially advantageous "because we are now in a time of unprecedented crisis for airlines,” she commented.
