Covington Advises Underwriters in $400 Million Bond Offering for Clorox

NEW YORK—Covington advised the underwriters in a registered public offering by The Clorox Company in an aggregate principal amount of $400 million.

Clorox is a leading multinational manufacturer and marketer of consumer and professional products based in Oakland, California. Clorox markets some of the most recognized consumer brand names, including its namesake bleach and cleaning products; Glad® bags, wraps and containers; Hidden Valley® dressings and sauces; Brita® water-filtration products; and Burt’s Bees® natural personal care products.
