“Bob brings a unique experience in the pharmaceutical industry,” said Richard Kingham, co-chair of the firm’s life sciences practice. “He will be an invaluable asset for clients, especially in the international arena.”

Mr. Trainor served in senior in-house legal roles with Schering-Plough, and Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in his career, Mr. Trainor served on the staff of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee.

“It’s an exciting opportunity to join Covington’s premier life sciences and corporate practices,” Mr. Trainor said. “I look forward to working with clients to help them build their businesses around the globe.”
