The article noted Covington is one of the law firms helping companies prepare, with lawyers who specialize in congressional investigations evaluating clients’ exposure, navigating how to approach lawmaker queries, and charting which Democrats would chair key committees.

Brian said preparations have begun. It’s “getting ready for the potential of investigations in the same area, understanding what materials you have, what risks you have,” Brian said.
