DoD ‘Fine Tunes’ Final CMMC Program Rule, Industry Turns Attention To Implementation

Ryan Burnette’s commentary was included in a Federal News Network article covering the final Department of Defense’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification rule.

“We’re seeing DoD sort of fine tune some of the regulatory language,” Ryan said.  “But overall, I don’t see DoD having made particularly significant changes between what they proposed and what we’re now seeing in terms of the final rule that’s going to govern the mechanics of the program.”
