Covington Litigation Team Receives ALM Litigator of the Week “Shout Out”

A Covington team including Andrew Soukup, Valerie Hletko, and Sam Greeley received a “Shout Out” in AmLaw Litigation Daily’s weekly ‘Litigator of the Week’ column for its successful representation of fintech company Ozone Networks. The company was an investor in the Nomad Bridge—a protocol that allowed users to move crypto assets between multiple blockchains that was drained of $186 million in crypto assets in 2022 after a routine update introduced a vulnerability to the system. All RICO claims against Ozone Networks were dismissed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
