Rob Wick Receives ALM Litigator of the Week Shout-Out

Rob Wick received a shout-out in AmLaw Litigation Daily for his work representing bank defendants in a Second Circuit class action case asserting that the defendants conspired in violation of the antitrust laws to rig auctions in the multi-trillion-dollar market for United States Treasury securities and boycotted trading platforms that offered so-called “all-to-all trading.”

Rob argued the boycott claim, and the Second Circuit upheld dismissal of the class action claims against the defendants.
