Ukraine Accuses Russia of Abusing International Law

David Zionts and Jonathan Gimblett’s commentary was included in a Legal Tribune Online article covering Ukraine’s litigation against Russia over its invasion at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague. They commented on the proceedings and explained the importance of the ICJ delivering justice for Ukraine.

“Ukraine turned to the court because it faces an existential threat from Russia. And Russia's abuse of the process is an invasion of Ukraine," said David. Jonathan added that “the court must hold Russia accountable accordingly.”
