Sandy Hoe is quoted in Law360 regarding the FAR Council's proposed amendment to the Buy American Rules to increase the price penalties for purchasing nondomestic products. Mr. Hoe says that increase could draw a reaction from other countries if their companies find it more difficult to participate in U.S. deals. There could be “some equally domestic-favoring practices in those countries, some retribution, which could have a negative impact on some on our contractors,” he adds.
