May 11, 2018, KCBS

Jeffrey Davidson appeared on KCBS to discuss the lawsuit filed on behalf of the University of California challenging the federal government's decision to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. According to Davidson, "The reason the University has taken such a strong public stand is really because of the several thousand DACA recipients who are students at the University. So from the University's perspective, this is about protecting the students and insuring they continue to make incredible contributions."
