The 2018 DC Litigation Departments of the Year: Covington & Burling

May 28, 2018, The National Law Journal

Covington was selected among The National Law Journal's DC Litigation Departments of the Year. The publication notes that Covington "appeared at the center of Washington’s hottest controversies perhaps more frequently than any other DC firm," pointing to the firm's representation of Michael Flynn, the University of California in a case challenging the federal government's attempt to rescind DACA, Takata, and the NFL. According to John Hall, “Many firms are strong in one area or a couple of areas. We stand out, I think, across the board."
