First federal appeals court to hear arguments in DACA case

Jeffrey Davidson is quoted in an Associated Press article ahead of oral arguments in a case challenging the federal government's attempted rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. According to Davidson, who represents the University of California in the case, "The rescission of DACA is based on what appears to be an argument that DACA was illegal when it was enacted, but that's just wrong."
